Very nice hotel! The young lady who checked us in was super friendly and very pleasant too!!

Stopped by to see family for two nights and stayed here one night and the holiday in express the following night. This hotel was around $50-75 more so my expectation was higher. Unfortunately it is like an inexpensive makeover of a cheaper hotel. The room furniture and setup was the same just spread out more in a little larger room and the wall had a large crack that needed painting. The water pressure wasn’t good. The breakfast had been worked through by the time i got there so messy and not much left. I did not receive an invitation for suggestions after either. I stayed at the holiday inn express the following night and it was a much better experience.

My stay at Brookstone Inn & Suites Fort Dodge was average. The hotel is in a convenient location, and the check-in process was straightforward. The room was generally comfortable and provided the basic amenities needed for a short stay. However, some areas of the property could use better maintenance and updating. While the staff was polite and helpful, the overall experience felt fairly standard and did not stand out compared to similar hotels. Overall, it’s a decent option for travelers looking for a simple place to stay, but there is room for improvement in consistency, upkeep, and overall guest experience.
